SHIPPING DELAYS

We ARE NOT responsible for late shipments due to increment weather, holidays, sales, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Processing times are normally longer during sales. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day. Please keep in mind when calculating shipping times, We entrust our shipping carriers to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed, we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges.

Customers are responsible for tracking their package once we ship it. Any return packages customers must repay for shipping to get the package reshipped.
RUSH SHIPPING

We cannot control the holiday shipping rush. Please be sure to place your order days in advance to ensure a timely delivery.

We DO NOT ship orders on weekends or holidays. Any orders that are placed on Friday AFTER 12PM EST, will be processed on the next business day, which is Monday.

We ARE NOT responsible for any lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

Please choose signature and insurance to fully protect your package in the event it gets lost or stolen. If not selected and your package gets lost, you take the risk of losing your product.
We only sell products at djednkosmetik.com. We do not have a storefront location where products are sold.
